I have over 30 years of experience in the building industry, specializing in building design, construction management, and property development. I started my career after graduating in building design, working for various architectural firms in Melbourne, where I gained experience in multi-unit residential and commercial projects. Later, I obtained my builder's license and formed a design and construction company that undertook residential and commercial projects throughout the inner suburbs of Melbourne. I am also a director of SYNDICATE PROPERTY, a company that specializes in high-end property development, construction, and syndication.

I am an expert in preparing building and pest reports, pre-purchase reports, and dilapidation reports for residential and commercial buildings. I also provide expert witness building report representation.

My qualifications include a Diploma in Building Design, a Registered Builder DBU 10214, and a Termite Pest Management Certificate.
